How is this the Final Vlog of 2019 already!!
I actually enjoyed quite a bit of chill out time over Christmas and didn’t actually plan to “vlog” at the weekend however on Saturday I was extremely fortunate to spend my morning with Triple Gold Medalist Para Dressage Rider and World Championship Para Swimmer Suzanna Hext who I am truly in Awe of, her determination & zest for life is just incredible.
Suz suffered a very serious fall from a young horse in 2012 leaving her paralysed from the waist down and told she would would most certainly never ride again.
Yet being the determined woman that she is she has gone from such a low (Numerous operations, hospital stays) to so many incredible highs in such a short space of time, she truly does show what you can achieve with the right mindset when you surround yourself by people who have the ability lift you higher.
