How is this the Final Vlog of 2019 already!!
I actually enjoyed quite a bit of chill out time over Christmas and didn’t actually plan to “vlog” at the weekend however on Saturday I was extremely fortunate to spend my morning with Triple Gold Medalist Para Dressage Rider and World Championship Para Swimmer Suzanna Hext who I am truly in Awe of, her determination & zest for life is just incredible.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Suz suffered a very serious fall from a young horse in 2012 leaving her paralysed from the waist down and told she would would most certainly never ride again. ⁣
Yet being the determined woman that she is she has gone from such a low (Numerous operations, hospital stays) to so many incredible highs in such a short space of time, she truly does show what you can achieve with the right mindset when you surround yourself by people who have the ability lift you higher.
